Lead Installer:
$45k-$55k annually
Job Summary: The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring that all components are correctly and efficiently installed. This role involves leading a small crew, managing job sites, and directly reporting to supervisors to guarantee that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. The Lead Installer also performs system start-ups and safety commissioning according to manufacturer specifications.
Essential Job Functions:
- Sets ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control equipment into place.
- Wires controls.
- Connects and installs piping and ductwork.
- Installs indoor and outdoor HVAC units, along with all required ductwork.
- Effectively reads and understands house layout to efficiently perform the job.
- Adjusts and balances distribution systems to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Leads a small crew, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Reports directly to the supervisor, maintaining clear communication and leadership.
- Starts up systems after installation and performs safety commissioning per manufacturer specifications.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Able to work overtime.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Valid Driver’s License with three years of experience.
- Clean background check.
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and outdoor conditions for long periods of time.

Service Technician:
Job Summary: This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings.
Essential Job Functions:
- Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Determines the general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoots HVAC malfunctions to assess the extent of necessary repairs.
- Always maintains a neat work area and ensures the cleanliness of the work area after completing each job.
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home.
- Maintains the company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean both inside and out.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean background check.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be available for on-call schedules, which will include weekends.

Install Helper:
$32k-$45k annually
Job Summary: The Install Helper will assist the Lead Installer in the installation of HVAC systems by providing support in various tasks, including assembling equipment and materials, ensuring a clean work environment, and maintaining safety standards. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in HVAC with no prior experience required.

- Assembles equipment and materials needed to begin and complete work projects.
- Assists in the installation of HVAC systems.
- Furnishes tools, materials, and supplies to other workers.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check.
- No HVAC experience necessary.
