This is a bit late but something that I have wanted to do.  My a/c unit, which is old as as the house, finally kicked the bucket. Unrepairable. Was Not sure what to do. Husband on hospice with only a few weeks left to live and me almost at my breaking point  of how can I get a tech to come at such late notice so Chad doesn't have to suffer through 100 degree heat. Well, I called Fayetteville Heating and Air and that is one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. They were there to help me right away and took good care of everything so I didn't have to worry. I was able to take care of Chad in peace. All of the techs were so kind and thoughtful so as to not disturb him. It has been a month since Chad has passed. A/C unit running great and they have checked on me a few times since installation. The technician that came out, Was excellent! I think his name was Aaron he was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He Explained things to me very clearly.

Hunter was a good dude came in was very polite got to work quickly and started fixing the issues in my AC systems. Even put in a filter for us using his ladder so we didn’t have too. One of the issues was not able to be resolved but I called and a manager spoke to me and sent another technician on the same day! He was also polite and did the Job very well! Best service ever. Tech Hunter Lyng is extremely knowledgeable. Figured out the problem and fix extremely quick. Very respectful and just top tier service. After many attempts from other companies failing to fix the problem with my A/C. Hunter Lyng and Fayetteville Heating and Air was able to get it done. Earned a Customer for life today. My family and I are beyond satisfied. Thank-you. From the person that set up the our appointment to the tech. Outstanding work. These Guys were just Awesome! They arrived on-time, were Professional/Courteous, and got Everything seamlessly done the first time.
